Fees and Payment

The physician fee for a new patient is usually between $150 to $300. With the exceptions of Medicare and Public Aid patients, we require payment at the time of service for the office visit. Other services, such as x-rays, braces, casts and other miscellaneous items may be in addition to the professional fee. We also accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

To make it easier for our patients to get the care they need and deserve, we participate in as many insurance plans as possible.

For your convenience, your insurance claims will be filed by our insurance department. In some cases, your insurance reimbursement may not cover the full amount of services provided. Regardless of insurance payment, the balance of the charges remains your personal responsibility. If you do not have insurance, your account will be considered "self-pay," and payment will be due at the time of service.

Please call our office or your insurance company to find out what your plan covers.

Workers Compensation

We are BWC providers. Please bring all workers' compensation paperwork, including your claim number, card, and any other pertinent information, including primary insurance information, with you to your visit.
